We ship from Cairo,Egypt].
• Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Egypt, but we’re working on expanding to international shipping soon!
• How long does it take to receive my order?
Customized items: 10-20 business days (depending on the item and customization details).
In-stock products: 2-5 business days.

• How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping costs depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
• Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DM.
2. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
• Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. Please check our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy for details.
• What if I received a defective or incorrect item?
If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you.
• Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations are not possible.

• Do you offer personalized pet products?
Yes! We offer custom pet name engravings, personalized designs, and made-to-order products.
• Can I return a customized item?
Customized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or an error in the customization.
• How do I make sure my custom order details are correct?
Before completing your order, double-check spelling, size, and design details. If you have special requests, message us before placing your order.
