• Customized Items (Personalized products, custom, or made-to-order items)

  - These items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  - The item arrives defective or damaged.

  - There is a mistake in the customization due to our error.

  - If you receive a defective or incorrect customized item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue.

• All Other Products

  - We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is clearly defective upon arrival.

  - If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

2. Order Cancellations

- You may cancel your order within 48 hours from the order date.

- After 48 hours, orders cannot be canceled, as they may already be in production or processing.

3. How to Request a Refund, Return, or Cancellation

- For defective items: Send an email, WhatsApp message, or DM us on Instagram with:

  - Your order number

  - Photos showing the defect

  - A brief description of the issue

- For cancellations: Contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. No cancellations after that.
